Justine Garcia, Paralegal

Justine Garcia grew up in a large family of 8 siblings in the Bronx, New York. She began her career working for the New York City Corporation Counsel’s office under the Special Assistant Corporation Counsel. She then moved to private practice with the Special Assistant to work for a British based law firm specializing in Corporate Litigation. After the birth of her first child and subsequently her second, she stayed home with her children. While her children were little, Justine was very active in her community, serving as a Girl Scout leader, softball coach, and a member of the Parent Teacher Association. Once her children were older, she resumed her career working for G. Emerson Dickman, Esq., where she became trained as a paralegal. Justine is proficient in drafting estate planning documents, including special needs trusts, and is well versed in uncontested guardianship matters. She is also a licensed realtor. Working for Manes & Weinberg has been a smooth transition as Justine continues to provide the same care and compassion to the families seeking the services of the firm.

Justine continues to be an active member of her community and is also currently the Director of Religious Education in her Parish Church.
